• 4-hour rental minimum requirement

• 50% deposit due upon signing agreement. 10% non-refundableadministration fee upon cancellation.

• Parking and space configuration affects your the number of permitted guests we can accommodate. No exceptions.

• Event Insurance required (e.g., $120 - $150). 

• Venue manager onsite and parking team onsite (if applicable)

Rental Rates start at Upper hanagar rental fee $750 per day; Entire hangar starts at $3,000 per day
