  • 4-hour minimum rental

  • 50% deposit due upon signing agreement. 10% non-refundableadministration fee upon cancellation.

  • Parking and space configuration affects your the number of guests who we can accommodate. No exceptions.

  • Requires submission of event guest and vendor list to management team. Submission required 1 week before day of event.

  • Venue manager and parking team onsite

  • Onsite parking available

  • Event Insurance required (e.g., $120 - $150). Cost dependent on number of guests and if liquor liability or cancellation insurance purchased.
