  • 50% deposit due upon signing agreement. 10% non-refundable administration fee upon cancellation.

  • Upper hangar rental fee starts at $125 per hour; Lower hangar rental starts at $375 per hour; Entire hangar rental starts at $2,000 per day.

  • Parking and space configuration affects your the number of guests who we can accommodate. No exceptions.

  • Requires submission of event guest and vendor list to management team. Submission required 1 week before day of event.

  • Venue manager onsite

  • Our Private Parking lot can fit 2 coach busses, passenger vans, approximately up to 10 regular sized vehicles, and limos.

  • Event Insurance required (e.g., $120 - $150). Cost dependent on number of guests and if liquor liability or cancellation insurance purchased.
