  • 4-hour minimum rental

  • 50% deposit due upon signing agreement. 10% non-refundable administration fee upon cancellation.

  • Upper hangar rental fee $75 per hour (e.g., $300).

  • Accommodates up to 30 guests. No exceptions.

  • Requires submission of event guest and vendor list to management team. Submission required 1 week before day of event.

  • Day of Event Itinerary submission required 2 weeks before event.

  • Venue manager onsite required ($25 per hour).

  • Parking attendents required onsite for all events ($15 per hour per attendent). Number of attendents determined based on party size.

  • Event Insurance required (e.g., $120 - $150). Cost dependent on number of guests and if liquor liability or cancellation insurance purchased.
